Film Roll Feeding System
The unit is designed to support and release the packaging film roll including PET/PE, OPP/CPP and laminated film. Film is gently guided through the forming zone by tension control rollers that ensure steady film feed and preventing misalignment or wrinkles. |

Bag Former
The film's flat sheet is folded, then transformed into a tube through the forming collar. This process determines the width as well as the shape and size of the bag. The device that forms the pillow is designed for easy adjustment, which allows quick changes for various dimensions of the product. |

Product Feeding Conveyor
Equipped with lugs and pushers, the conveyor is able to move cookies, biscuits or snacks into the film tube in a uniform spacing. The synchronized movement makes sure that every product is properly placed to avoid gaps or overlaps. |

Longitudinal Sealing System
Also referred to as the vertical seal, the type of system uses continuous heat and pressure throughout all the way down the tube to form a strong long-distance seal. It guarantees that the packaging remains tightly sealed and maintains a pleasing appearance. |

Transverse Sealing and Cutting System
The jaws of the transverse sealing move in tandem with the flow of the film to form two seals on the sides for each bag. While at the same time the integrated cutter is able to separate bags from the continuous film tube. |

Control Panel and Automation System
All of the machine's functions are operated by the PLC system that features a user-friendly touchscreen interface. Operators are able to easily adjust parameters such as the length of bag, temperature for sealing and the speed of production. |
