Working Process

1. Product Feeding: Products are automatically conveyed, arranged, and aligned to ensure stable and continuous infeed.

2. Leaflet Insertion: Instruction leaflets are accurately and reliably inserted into cartons in accordance with packaging requirements.

3. Carton Erecting: Flat cartons are picked up, opened, and precisely positioned by the cartoning system.

4. Product Loading: Products are smoothly pushed or placed into the erected cartons with high positioning accuracy.

5. Carton Fold and Seal: Folding and sealing cartons neatly

6. Finished Carton Output: Discharged completed cartons to downstream processes such as case packing or palletizing.
