    Application:
     
    This machine is mainly used for the automatic forming of face masks. The entire roll of fabric is driven by rollers after unwinding. The fabric is automatic bending, hemming, the nose strip is cut automatic and then passed through the ultrasonic sealing fabric. The mask fabric with nose strip sealing parts will be cut and formed by a cutter. The whole process is automatically controlled. Only one person is required to operate this machine. The scientific and reasonable mechanical transmission configuration makes this machine extremely efficient. The special welding wheel and cutter wheel design have good abrasion resistance and greatly increase the service life of the product.
