Application:

It can be used in frozen food, dairy dessert, ice cream and frozen beverage production lines where automatic product feeding, roll film wrapping, fin sealing, end sealing and cutting are required. Such as fruit ice pops, chocolate-coated ice cream bars, juice popsicles, yogurt ice bars, coconut milk bars, jelly ice pops, milk popsicles, bean ice pops, frozen fruit bars, flavored water ice pops and sandwich ice cream bars.

Features:

1. Automatic ice pop feeding device places products onto the conveyor at controlled intervals.

2. Chain infeed conveyor keeps each ice pop separated and positioned before entering the bag former.

3. Upper roll film feeding structure guides the packaging film smoothly above the product conveying section.

4. Adjustable bag former can be changed according to different ice pop widths and packaging dimensions.

5. Film pressing wheels guide the wrapped film and help maintain consistent film movement.

6. Fin seal wheels complete the longitudinal back seal while the product moves continuously through the machine.

7. Horizontal sealing and cutting unit seals both ends of the package and separates each finished bag.

8. Ink roller printer can print the production date, batch number or other basic coding information on the film.

9. Conveyor speed, bag length and sealing temperature can be adjusted according to the product and film specifications.

10. The machine can be connected with upstream freezing equipment or downstream collection and cartoning systems.
