	Bag Pick-up System A bag magazine neatly stores premade pouches while an automatic vacuum arm picks them up and delivers each to their respective station. An adjustable design enables quick changes for different pouch sizes for stable and continuous feeding.
	Bag Opening and Detection Station Air blowing and suction nozzles with sensors ensure proper opening. Unopened or defective bags are automatically rejected to minimize product loss and ensure a sanitary operation.
	Filling Station Our filling station features a counter for counting product quantity, providing accurate dosing and smooth filling while meeting hygiene standards for granule products.
	Sealing Station After filling, pouches are sealed by temperature-controlled jaws for a tight and professional finish. Time and temperature settings can be altered according to material types as well as other special considerations like date coding or tear notches if desired.
