This automatic rotary cup filling and sealing machine is designed for packaging mixed solid and liquid products such as fruit pieces in syrup, wet pet food, yogurt, jelly, pudding, oatmeal, prepared meals, nata de coco, corn kernels, and sauces with particles in premade cups. The system integrates automatic cup feeding, dual filling for solids and liquids, roll film placement, heat sealing, and finished-cup discharge.

4. Automatic sealing film feeding covers the filled cups before heat sealing.

5. Heat-sealing station can emboss production dates or batch information onto the package.

6. Cutting device separates the sealed film into individual cups or connected cup groups according to the mould design.

7. Waste film recycling device collects the remaining sealing film after cutting.

8. Touchscreen control allows operators to set filling, forming, sealing and production parameters from one interface.
