1.Custom Anti-Stick System for Sticky Products: Equipped with a specially designed vibrating mesh to efficiently separate sticky dried prunes and avoid material clumping;

2.Hygienic & Easy-to-Clean Conveyor System: Features an easy-clean belt conveyor with a waterproof motor, allowing thorough washdown without affecting performance;

3. High-Precision Weighing with Anti-Stick Design: 14-head multihead weigher with teflon-coated dimple plates and a vibrating main feeding pan to prevent sticking during weighing;

4. Fully Automatic Horizontal Doypack Machine: Automates the entire pouch process including pouch feeding, coding, opening, filling, nitrogen flushing, and sealing;

5. Integrated Nitrogen Flushing System: Ensures extended shelf life by minimizing oxygen in sealed bags — ideal for oxidization-sensitive products like nuts and dried fruits;
