	Capsule Feeding System This capsule feeding system automatically arranges and delivers empty capsules made from PP, PE, aluminum or biodegradable materials into their right positions for distribution to the capsule filling sealing machine
	Coffee Dosing and Filling Unit Auger fillers precisely measure and fill coffee powder into each capsule for consistent aroma retention and taste. Variable volume filling allows users to tailor fill volume according to preference; some models even feature dust removal systems to maintain a clean workspace.
	Film Feeding Station The machine automatically feeds foil or roll film and seals it around each capsule using either heat or ultrasonic sealing to provide airtight and leak-proof seals, guaranteeing freshness and shelf life extension.
	Nitrogen Flushing System Before sealing, nitrogen is flushed through the capsule to flush away oxygen and moisture - keeping flavors intact and prolonging product stability.
	Output Conveyor Once finished capsules have been collected from their production area via conveyor, they will be sent for secondary packaging in bags, boxes or cartons.
