Standard Workflow:
 
1. Weigh — Multi-head weigher measures each lot with pinpoint accuracy.
 
2. Bag Grab — Mechanical gripper retrieves a premade pouch.
 
3. Date Coding — Optional ink-jet printer applies batch codes or expiry dates.
 
4. Bag Prep — Zipper opener and mouth-spreader deploy to ready the pouch.
 
5. Fill — Vibration-assisted chute guides product into the bag.
 
6. Position — Servo-driven pusher seats the filled pouch into the seal area.
 
7. Degassing — Sponge exhaust removes trapped air for a compact pack.
 
8. Seal — Dual-station heat bars seal top and zipper grooves for an airtight closure.
 
9. Discharge — Finished pouches exit onto the outfeed conveyor, ready for boxing or further packing.
